This is my absolute last chance to keep my apartment. I need the $700 by tomorrow in order to file chapter 13 bankruptcy.. I have started the process to get back on VAHUD, but that is going to take some time. I do mean what I said below, I will have the entire $600 repaid by no later than 03/07/2024 as I do have a $460 settlement payment coming at the end of February. Please, I am begging for the assist.
After much thought, debate and soul searching I will be filing bankruptcy (Chapter 13) the only issue I have is that I need $700 to file with my lawyer which I don't have. If anyone is willing to to loan me the $700, I WILL surrender on 2/28/2024 my IIT settlement of $458 and will pay the difference from my paychecks. I just learned about the settlement (one of GOD knows how many, first I got was $58 back in June of 2024) via email that came in on 2/22/2023 and landed in my junk folder.
