Chapter 13 couldn't stop Friday

by
Well, chapter 13 couldn't stop Friday. I am now homeless and living on the street. Right now I am in desperate need of $70 for transportation to/from work tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday. That is for two different ride-share platforms, one will be a weekly pass ($25) with four free rides a day between 0800 and 2000 Mon-Sat), the other is with Lyft (I lave Lyft Pink which does save money on rides). The reason I am using two different ride-share platforms is that I start working at 1500 and I get off work at 0130 Mon-Fri.

I am still employed, but am working on securing a new place by the end of either this month or next month. I have been on roommate finder sites and apps looking for roommates to share expenses, apartment finders looking for a place to rent despite my eviction, and even working on getting a VA home loan to get a small, cheap single wide mobile home (1-3 bedroom, between $60,000.00 and $100,000 (yes there are mobile homes in the aforementioned price ranges)). I am also going through aid service and charity I can think of for help in securing permanent housing.

My PayPal is: Johnny_yuma1965@hotmail.com and my Kofi and my cash app: $Ainoko if anyone is willing and able to help with the funds to secure rides.

As a reminder I am still doing 4000-5000 short story commissions to raise the funds for the riding share platforms.

If interested in a story commission or willing to help, please drop me a PM.

The VA Home loan is a good route to go but heres a couple things they dont tell you that you will need to buy a home. First in order to use the VA loan you have to have a minimum credit score of 630, the higher the better. the lender will ask for a ton of information regarding your finances, Paystubs, account records, ...etc. while its true you will have a zero down payment for the home. it will still cost somewhere between 5k - 10k for inspections and closing cost, it also doesnt happen over night, the entire process is extremely lengthy and time consuming. I think i got through it in the span of a little over a month but that only because every waking moment was spent submitting paperwork and following up on statuses.

I know my credit score is not good, but I have high hopes the loan is granted.
