Lazy day

Well, that's more of a rant about production, I guess...

To cut a long story short: I had an artistic burnout

Over the last few days I've really dedicated myself to improving my sketching skills, composition, environment and I think I've gotten good results. The proof of this is the last drawing I posted, I think the result was very interesting considering my current skills.

The big problem is that as soon as I finished that artwork my body relaxed a lot and for the last two days I've felt zero desire to draw. It was crazy

I stopped being as productive as I used to be and I'm struggling to get back into it

I think I'm "rested enough" but I think I should look for projects that are easier to do. My audience is very small and perhaps with slightly simpler projects I could expand my audience and my artwork, but I'm not sure. What do you think?

There are two sides to the coin of creation: working with passion VS working with determination

Passion is fun, and easy when the spark is there, but sometimes also a bit fickle as you have noticed
It's like mana, it has to recharge a little, but keep it up and yeah do simpler stuff if you want, that takes less time, so you can post more and more quickly build an audience.
It takes time to get the watches rolling in, but with how good your stuff is, believe me it will come^^
