Rayco Cavanagh was a programmer at the bioenergy plant of Esperanza, until one night a terrorist attack caused his body to soak in bioenergy, giving him shape-shifting and life manipulation powers. He is able to fully alter the color, body type, gender, species and size of himself and anyone he touches, at will.
