Now, the concept of Marbles has spilled over into the Johto region! (But, with it neighboring and sharing a League championship with Kanto, that should come as no surprise there...) Anywho, check these bad things out!

Page 1

Ampharos Marble: A Western Dragon created from a corrupted Ampharosite. It has completely tapped into the power of its dragon lineage, granting it access to godlike powers such as firing radiant beams of holy light from the many orbs woven into its luxurious ivory mane.
Steelix Marble: A crystal serpent created from a corrupted Steelixite. Despite having cast off its metal coating from its body, the exposed segments are made of precious minerals that have been pressurized to the point that they have become virtually unbreakable. Only its head is still coated with layers upon layers of steel, making it durable enough to even resist diamonds.
Scizor Marble: An armored insect soldier created from a corrupted Scizorite. It is able to easily chew even the toughest of hides to shreds with its massive pincer claws, which hide rows of teeth-like blades inside. It can also expel the excess energy from its body by channeling it into its constantly vibrating wings and weaponizing it into bursts of searing air, making it difficult to approach and eliminating its risk of melting.

Heracross Marble: A steampunk beetle created from a corrupted Heracronite. Along with a durable carapace, it has full control of the vents on its body, allowing it to open them to weaponize the heat energy it generates into flaming attacks, or close them to relax any muscle pain it endures.
Houndoom Marble: A bone-armored hellhound created from a corrupted Houndoominite. Its bone armor has been arranged so that when it lays down, it gains the appearance of a partial skeleton, further playing into its grim reaper theme. It thrives on the pain that it causes to itself as a result of its internal toxins spilling into the intense heat its body generates, which often causes it to burst into flames.
Tyranitar Marble: A rampaging dinosaur created from a corrupted Tyranitarite. Despite having cast off its outer shell, it’s still consumed by unstable wrath, which causes it to destroy entire landscapes over and over again, sometimes the same ones for days on end without letting up.

And with that... I have closure with Johto. As expected, this is a bit of a short list. Look forward to Gen 3 Marbles when (or if) inspiration strikes my fancy to continue!

Steelix is even more menacing than he was in Mystery Dungeon Red.
