Hello, It's good to be back drawing for you guys. I'm able to resolve issues in the past and it's behind us. I am looking forward what 2020 has in store. Anyways, Let's get to the story. Shall we; The Movie just came out, It's called Birds of Prey and it features Harley Quinn, Joker's Ex Girlfriend. Since the movie came out, I been wanting to draw this and This got me thinking. Why not draw Dolly as Harley Quinn? And this is where I got my idea from.
