X3 Spirit adopted a damaged pony I designed, and took care of her in a way that surpassed my imagination. He bought her off with a real dedication, gave her a name, and got a few artists to draw some really beautiful, and cute pictures with her. He even recorded an amazing, lengthy, voice-acted story of their first encounter in a very mysterious and even dangerous circumstances. After hearing it, I just had to draw this picture of him, rescuing her, but it somehow took me forever to finally do so. It's not literally what happened in the story, but I think it represents well how these events felt to her. The way I see it - Spirit is a real hero for her both in the story, and outside of it, as an OC - as he adopted her, and granted her new life and opportunities, she would never had otherwise.
She's in the best hooves possible, and I couldn't be happier about it :3
