She is a sorceress who studies transmutation magic.
Personality
Luka has a quick tongue and a sharp wit. usually landing herself in trouble with most anyone she gets in arguments with.
Body
As an anthro, Luka Wears a red witches robe with a golden sash and a belt to carry her potions, fetishes, and other magical equipment with. She is 5'8 tall and has a much smaller beak then her feral form. she has hair like feathers on her head when in this form.
As a feral, she looks like a typical Puffin with a few pattern differences.
