A monster has declared war on humans and the monsters that befriend them, luckily Chuck is in the dimension and agrees to help. After defeating Dracula and his close friends, Edward the monster begins a plan to poison the air killing half the world. With the help of Mavis and the Hellsing's Chuck plans to stop this plot before its put into action. unfortunately Edward's main scientist made a female clone of Chuck called Arisa who's got many of chuck's transformations.
Course we got Sunny werewolf, Winnie's little sister part of the group involuntarily, and she's at least 6 now. That makes Winnie and Dennis about 12 in this movie. Chuck's only about 10 so its sometime after the "Forgotten world" story.
This is also the introduction to who would soon be Chuck's sister Arisa.
