Hey folks, I hope you are all feeling well. No story yet, but I want to introduce you here a bit further to Nikki's and Balto's theater group, the Howling Musketeers, since they became pretty important and will appear more often in the future.
Ok, let us begin.
Raphael McAlister:
He is a black and white Border Collie with Scottish roots. Birthday: 03/03/2001. He is smart, has good skills in articulation and negotiation. He is the one who mostly speaks for the group. If he doesn't wear a costume, he is mostly dressed in a leather jacket, black jeans and wears sunglasses. He loves musicals, long cuddles, dancing and singing, long walks and is very protective, if it comes to his friends. He is a long-term friend of Nikki. In fact, they know each other since they were young teenagers. He had a little crush on her, until Nikki told him about her relationship with Balto.
Jonathan Schmidt:
Red Fox of German descent. Birthday: 07/16/2002. His parents wanted him to go into the financial business, but he prefers acting and sometimes cross-dressing. He has a feminine body, and is mostly seen in tight clothes. He is most likely gay, but didn't have his coming out yet. Jonathan has a big talent for organizing, which makes him an important member of the group.
Gabriel Smith:
Black Bear, American to the core. Birthday: 02/27/2001. Child of a soldier, very disciplined, which is why he sometimes has his problems with Miguel. But he is always there to help his friends, no matter what. Often acts as a protector, especially for the girls. Often wears a bandana with the American flag around his head.
Angelike Peterson:
A slim and sexy Bengal Cat. Birthday: 08/19/2003. A party girl who is not stingy with her charms. Slim body, long legs, athletic and agile. She is single, her school and future career was always on first place. But she also has motherly instincts, especially if it comes to Balto. Like Nikki, she loves to wear belly free outfits. Her hair is very short and black, a marking on her back reminds some people of the Imperial Symbol from the Elder Scrolls games. She was a cheerleader, before she joined the theater group. Currently, she shares an apartment with Raphael and Anna, Mikey's sister. Angelike was born in Iowa, and moved with her family to Darwin's Hope. Her favorite dish is Steak de Burgo, a specialty from Iowa. She also loves spicy food, fish, and cocktails. But this slender feline never eats more than she can work off, since she wants to stay in shape.
Svetlana Stoica:
A Siberian Husky. Birthday: 10/25/2002. Her family has Russian roots, but she was born in the US. She is taller than the other girls at 5'11 (1.8 m). Svetlana has a slim but muscular build, since she frequently works out. This sporty girl runs marathons, is sometimes a bit shy, especially if she is close to Raphael.
Thomas O'Rielly:
An Irish raccoon. Birthday: 08/10/2003. Very talkative, has a soft spot for good whiskey. Talks sometimes without thinking what he is saying. Thomas is quick-witted and loves sea-food. If the group is going out to their favorite Chinese All-you-can-eat restaurant, he often battles with Balto who can eat more. He can often be seen wearing a green flat cap.
Joseph Goldman:
Leopard. Birthday: 10/15/2003. The financial expert of the group, a genius if it comes to numbers and technical stuff. His parents are Jewish, but Joseph isn't really into religion. However, he always wears a necklace with a Star of David around his neck, which is very important to him because it was a gift from his grandmother.
Miguel Rodrigo:
Mexican wolf, with a small build, has about Balto's height. Birthday: 10/31/2004. A slim and smart guy, who likes to play guitar and sing. He also likes to dance, and he learned sewing from his mother. He does it so well that he is the one you go to, if you need your clothes repaired. Miguel is proud about his heritage, can often be seen in his yellow poncho. He also teaches Balto about Mexico, introduced him to the traditional food of his country, likes to play little tricks on his friends.
Nicole 'Nikki' Kofi:
A slim-built cheetah girl with interests in acting, singing, dancing and cosplay. Birthday: 09/19/2002. Daughter of a former soldier and now carpenter, Idrissa Kofi. She is the main singer of the group and is something like the poster girl of the Howling Musketeers.
Balto Star:
Gray and white wolf. Birthday: 09/28/2007. He is by far the youngest member of the Howling Musketeers. Blessed with an eidetic memory, which makes it easy for him to remember texts. Nikki taught him singing from a young age, since they know each other since he was born. He is a little nerd, shy, but curious. Balto grew up as the single child of Christa Star, who raised him alone, after his father died shortly before he was born. The little wolf always wanted to become a cop like his dad, until he visited the police station his father worked in. Since that time, he wants to become an actor, so he can bring joy to the people. This change in his career plans pleased his mother very much, as she feared that her son would meet a fate similar to that of his father should he become a policeman like the latter.
So, now you know the ten primary members of the Howling Musketeers. It is very likely that there will be more in the future, since most plays need more than ten actors. Currently, they mainly call interested students or local dance groups for help, if they require more players.
