I think that's a better title than "ZERO vs Omega." The ultimate faces off against the prototype. If we could see a new ZERO model built, it'd be interesting to see E-100 Alpha and E-123 Omega fight each.

Naturally, Omega would jump at the chance to prove his superiority to the first of his "brothers."

I would say Omega deserves that spot. But seeing as Sega has moved away from Team Dark and Big is semi-retired, I see Rouge as the third member of Team Rose... as she was originally meant to be in Sonic Heroes.
