Meet Kyle and Kelly King, two OCs I've just created.

They're 10 years old, and are fraternal twins. They're in 4th grade at elementary school. Kyle is the boy, and Kelly is the girl.

They're mostly decent kids, but they do have one weird habit: They often show their underwear and shake their butts at other kids (think "mooning", except the underwear is still on). After all, according to them at least, "What's the point of wearing underpants if no one ever gets to see them?" They have a reputation in their neighborhood as the "weird underwear kids".

Their parents are dead, so they live with their paternal uncle Gary. He doesn't really approve of his nephew and niece showing off their underwear, but he doesn't believe in discipline, so he has no control over their actions.

If anyone would like to draw these two, I hereby give them permission to do so.
