These are SonieTheDog’s official terms of service for non-commercial/personal works. If you are interested in a commercial project message me and we can discuss details. My terms of service is subject to change

Reuploading, cropping, & editing
When commissioning a piece you are given full permission to crop, and re-upload your image as needed. Commissioners are allowed to edit their pieces for personal use only. Credit must be given when re-uploading commissioned work. Proper credit includes a link to one or more of my userpages as well as a statement that the art was commissioned within the description of the reupload. Commissioners are free to print their piece in any way so long as its for personal use only.
The artist reserves the right to upload commissioned pieces. Commissioned words may also be used in advertisements or promotions. As the commissioner you reserve full ownership over personal characters.
Private commissions are pieces that will not be publicly uploaded to any site. These will be sent directly to the client. Private commissions are available upon request. Because these are private it is asked that these pieces are not uploaded to other platforms. In the event that a private commission is requested to be made public, the commissioned piece will be uploaded as normal.
What I will not draw
Anything on the below list cannot be included in commissioned works
- Stolen characters
- Hyper fat/obesity (Chubby body types are ok in a non fetish manner)
- Force feeding/feederism
- Inflation (assessed on a case by case basis)
- Scat
- Snuff
- Babyfur/cub/diapers/ABDL
- NSFW of underage characters OR characters that appear underage
- Anything blatantly hateful including racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, nazism, etc
- NSFW involving my personal characters (SFW is totally fine, however)
The artist reserves the right to refuse or reject a commission at any time. Please see Refunds for more information

Payment
Payment plans are available for commissions exceeding $400 USD; otherwise all payment is required upfront before work is to begin on the commissioned art. A payment plan will require an up front payment of 25% of the total and specific dates as to when the remainder will be paid.
Payment will be requested through paypal invoices. Direct payment (regardless if indicated as a goods/services) will not be accepted. Please DO NOT send your payment to me directly, even if you have my Paypal information from previous interactions. All prices are in USD. If payment cannot be provided by PayPal, other options may be available and can be discussed in a private message or email.
Refunds
Refunds may be available upon request. See below for clarification.
Completed works cannot be refunded under any circumstances
Commissions that have been started but not completed are eligible for a refund up to 50% of the total
Commissions that have not been started will always receive a total refund
If a commission is unable to be completed by the artist a full refund will be issued regardless of progress made
Once a commission is refunded the artist reclaims FULL RIGHTS over the image and any progress made. This means that the refunded piece can be repurposed. To reiterate, the commissioner reserves full ownership over personal characters. If a refunded piece is repurposed any personal characters will be edited out.
Progress & Edits
Once a commission has been approved and paid in full it will be added to the queue. Wait times vary depending on queue length. Rushed commissions are available upon request. A rushed commission will skip the queue and become top priority. A minimum of four days notice is needed for rushed commissions. It is impossible to offer anything faster than four days. A rushed commission may be rejected if the piece is too complex to complete within the allotted time frame. The fee for a rushed commission will vary depending on the deadline and the amount of clients in the queue. Expect to pay a minimum of $30 for any rushed commission.
When a commission is started a sketch will be sent for approval. The sketch phase is the ideal time to ask for edits. Sketches are very quick and easy to edit and can be edited for free as needed. Sketches can be redone entirely for free if it is not up to standards. Rejected sketches have the same terms as refunded commissions. Please ensure the sketch is fully to your liking before giving approval to continue working. Further progress on commissions will not be made until the sketch has been approved.
Upon approval of the sketch the commission will be continued until completion. No further updates will be given unless requested prior unless clarification is needed.
When the commissioned piece is complete the full resolution version of the image will be sent. Resizing or cropping can be requested for free. Once a piece has been completed further edits will incur an extra fee. Any errors made on the artists part will be fixed free of charge.
