Old Jones, better known as O.J., is the Number 3 of Star Tug and Marine, aka the Star Fleet, one of two Tugboat companies in the Bigg City Port. He is a harbour tug who does bigger jobs around the Bigg City Port.
Personality
He is a wise and experienced harbour tug who has worked in the Bigg City Port much longer than any of the other tugs.
