A mobian tenrec with telekinetic powers, not unlike a certain hedgehog from a constantly ruined future. Chiara began to suffer chronic headaches in her youth, and when she became eighteen, set off to live on a snowy mountain peak in isolation to hone her telekinetic ability. After seven years, now twenty-five, Chiara comes back to a world where Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman are constantly fighting, wondering what happened over those seven years of her isolation.
