) suggestion, with my spin on it: The dog is one of those "NPC Streamers", doing the "Ice Cream" reaction. The imaginary ice-cream she was licking is of chocolate flavor, which is poisonous to dogs and the poor pup was so much into the role she felt sick simply from pretending to lick it.
