What painting tool did you play with? The striping on the strokes is very appealing.

Artrage Vitae. It's a very specialised and focused painting tool. Basically, it's incredibly good at simulating the behaviour of wet paint, but that's all it does. If you want that specific speedpainting look, it's the best program ever. If you want to do anything else, it's pretty much useless. It's a lot of fun to play with, and I'm definitely going to be painting more stuff with it!

I'm also going to experiment with another painting program later this week. It's called Rebelle 7. I don't know very much about it, but it should be able to simulate traditional painting tools. Apparently it's not as specialised or narrowly focused, though, so it may be more useful as a part of my workflow. We'll see.

Normally I draw and paint with Clip Studio Paint and Krita, so it's fun to experiment with programs that behave in a completely different manner.
