I always feel it's a bit of a shame when folks doing tarot decks miss the tradition of having the hanged man and the fool being the same character, though. I'm not even sure it's a widely used tradition, but it always stuck in my mind when I first read about the tarot deck I got.
Are you actually gonna produce these as cards? Or is this purely an artistic endeavor?

Technically speaking the entire Major Arcana is meant to be "The Fool's Journey", so they are meant to feature in all of the cards. However that would be a touch difficult here, as we are trying to spread the love around as much as possible. ^^
We do hope to produce these as a physical deck if and when we are finished making all of the cards, but there are quite a lot of them so we aren't fully committing to physical at the moment. ^^;
