Got to work on a Crossover Fan Artwork of Balto as Captain Nemo from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, I'd used some references from Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea & References from the Anime Series Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, In this Picture Balto was born half Dog/half Wolflantean since his Mother was Wolflantean/Merwolf smiler to the Doglanteans but they use the magic stones to walk on land or swim under the sea like the merdogs, the Wolflanteans have advanced technology far advance from Surface Dwellers, Captain Balto is also the Captain of the underwater Wolflantean Version of the Nautilus he is very protective of his Daughter Aleu which will be another story.
