Faye never imagined she'd seek out adventure beyond the fen. She had a strong sense for justice, but the lasting consequences of her failures proved she was better off sheltered and safe. Lena always wanted to explore the world and seek great treasures, but she was held back by her crippling fear of danger. Even the slightest step into the unknown would find her shaking, frozen in place.

Two little weaklings, each cowards in their own way, found the strength to stand up - not for themselves, but for each other. Together, they enter a dangerous world, fearful of what's to come. Each, driven by the passionate desire to help and protect their precious partner.
