The weather was perfect for an egg hunt. There were just enough clouds in the sky to keep the sun out, and there was a cool breeze throughout the day that kept everyone nice and refreshed, especially the younger ones who were out looking for cute plastic eggs filled with candies and chocolates. For Nina and Amber in particular, the pair were very focused, scouring the open, grassy fields of the park for partially hidden treats. There were so many too, and while the Sweetsmirk siblings had split up to cover more ground, they weren't the only ones looking. So far, Amber had already found four in her basket, two big ones already promising tasty treats for when they return home. Nina meanwhile had found at least three smaller sized ones and a big blue one that she had already opened, discovering it to contain several small fruit jelly cups, one of which she had eaten as she was both curious and hungry. She was rewarded with a surprisingly still cold strawberry flavored one, it's sweet taste sending delightful shivers down the cub's spine.
The event however was far from over, and with many more eggs to discover still Nina and Amber would continue to comb through the park in search for more. It was a fun experience, one that the girls wouldn't forget for a very long time.

Happy Easter everyone, and surprise! I have one extra pic for the week and it's of Nina and Amber, whom I haven't drawn in a while. Thought I'd give them something cute to do so here's them experiencing an egg hunt, one I used to also do back when I was still a kid. In fact, the eggs filled with chocolates and jelly cups were some of the sweets that my friends and I would find in said eggs, among other sorts of candies too. So, I thought I'd actually draw something akin to it for this year's Easter. Plus, I wanted to do something fun now that my drawing mojo is back.
