I had big slippers for ears as well as on my feet.  I was 4 years old, and it was the second Samhain that I can remember.  The first one, I won't post because it is a non-furry costume and really doesn't belong here.

HEHE, No I wasn't being serious.  But for your curiosities sake... Gay is to queer as queer is to odd as odd is to strange as strange is to "fabulously uncommon"?

Also...  merry, lively mood, cheerful, gleeful, happy, glad, cheery, lighthearted, joyous, joyful, jovial; sunny, lively, vivacious, sparkling; chipper, playful, jaunty, sprightly, blithe.

And...  colorful, brilliant, vivid, intense, lustrous; glittering, theatrical, flamboyant.

I like "fabulously uncommon" though... Or Super Gay...  "Six of one..." and all that, know what I mean?

If you don't mind my asking, how old was you when you began to like other boys? I was 5 years old when boys began to attract me, and I still remember the first boy I fell in love with, even when I was that young. The boy's name was Ivan, he was a classmate in Kindergarten.

I grew up in a very anti-gay rural area to even when I did start to become interested in guys, I subconsciously blocked it out of my mind.  Of course I never had sex with another human being until I was 20.  I was about 22 or 23 when I realized I was bi.  I was about 25 when I realized I significantly preferred males over females.  I have learned over the years that while I can still function and even enjoy myself with a female, I have no desire for the experience.  All I want are men.  

Fortunately I have a nice pack of lovers.  :)

My story is different. I was only a child when I was introduced to sex by a close family member, it turned into a habit and eventually an addiction. By the time I was a pre-teenager I was already having sex with other boys around my age, although those experiences never went as far as practicing anal sex, all we did was kissing (which I hated), touching and sucking. By the age of 12 I started drawing nude men and pornographic images.

As a kid I liked boys as well as girls, I even had a few light experiences with them, but there was a moment when I realized that I was more interested in boys. Now that I'm a fully-grown man, I can find women to be attractive, but I'm not sexually attracted to them. How do I know that? Well, I was once kissed by a friend in vocational school, a girl, and I almost threw up. Sometimes I look at nude pictures of women to see if there's something that awakens a desire in me to be with a woman, but my body doesn't react to that. Now, I see an attractive male doing something as simple as playing basketball shirtless, and I begin to sweat like a goat in summer.

A pack of lovers? Good for you, mate. I myself am single and not seeking a partner.
