On her way to the living room, Melecia Mouse sees Mereleen watching TV on the couch.

Melecia sneaks up from behind and plops down, arms folded, on top of her big sister's head... pushing her ears down in the process.

"Watcha watchin', Mere!?" she asks so cutely.

Mereleen was initially a little bothered by this distraction.

"Uh... my regular series as usual?  Get off'a my head, you're messing up my hair, Mel!" Mereleen replies in a heightened, bothered tone of voice.

"Can I watch too?" Melecia asks.

"Yeah... you can watch... and I'm sorry I snipped at you there..." Mereleen replies in a rare apology.  As Mereleen is maturing, she knows Melecia really looks up to her, and realizes she should be a bit nicer to her little sister.  They are, after all, siblings born of the same blood.

Melecia silently gets off and plops down on the old couch next to Mereleen.  She was just bored and only wants to hang out with big sis!  Though Melecia isn't too interested in those older "teenager-oriented" television shows just yet... she still tries to be engaged and interested.

Together, they sit and watch one of Mereleen's favorite programs: "Teenage Tigresses".  It's a teen girls-oriented television program about big cats and other felines navigating their high school years, on-and-off relationships, and coming-of-age.  Mereleen enjoys it for the drama and teen romance!  There's a couple "heart-throb" tiger bois in the show that Mereleen finds *super* hawt.  But they are famous TV stars that live very far away, so she knows she'd never have a chance with guys like them.  Still, she remains a big fan-girl of the series!

("Mel" is Melecia's short nickname, and likewise "Mere" (pronounced as Mair) is Mereleen's short nickname .... they often use these short names when in conversation with each other, though their mom and stepdad don't use the nicknames nearly as much as the girls do.  Sister talk!)
